Based on the screenshots above (taken on 1st July 2010), you can see a few of our articles written and published by our EZA Platinum authors are listed under “Most Viewed EzineArticles in the Finance: Debt-Consolidation Category”.
If you really look into these published articles – our published articles were actually submitted few months earlier and it would take some time to increase its page views and reader engagement (which it has the potential to increase targeted traffic to the website when readers click on the embedded links in the author resource box).
In short, having most-viewed articles can only achieved by:
- Submitting articles that provide valuable contents to readers – without overusing the related keyword phrases. Normally, readers would turn down “spammy” articles, meaning – unreadable articles due to excessive use of keyword phrases and lack of quality contents.
- Performing consistent or scheduled submissions to EZA. For instance, there’s a huge difference between submitting 10 articles per day and submitting 10 articles per week. Relatively, I found out that performing the same volume of submissions per week shows optimum results to drive targeted traffic to the website.
Case study #2: Old EzineArticles Never Stop Generating Traffic to Websites
What happened to our “old” EzineArticles that are booted out from the “Most-viewed EzineArticles…” and those which couldn’t make it to the “Top 15 list”?
In fact, most of our “old” published EzineArticles are still generating traffic to our clients’ websites as they still have good rankings in search engines. Look at the screenshots below:

Since we have consistently provided valuable contents to EZA, our “old” published EzineArticles are still continuously working as our “agents” in the Google search engine – directing traffic to our clients’ sites.
